They sound like a very good way to get everything needed to start a web page.  They also sound a lot like an infomercial.  Does anyone know if they are a good choice for a beginner at this?  I've heard of GoDaddy before, but theirs looks like we would be dollared and dimed endlessly choosing options.
No, this isn't Yahoo Sitebuider.  It is a separate entity SiteBuildIt.com.

If you are reffering to Yahoo's SiteBuilder it is an excellent choice for someone just starting out. It is very easy to use.
