First of all, you need to register a domain (domain-name.com) at either Register.com, GoDaddy.com or other domain-registry service.  Second, you need to find a host (some domain-registry services also offer hosting packages).  Once you have these setup, you're good to go...

My personal recommendation would be GoDaddy for your domain registration and your hosting.  They're economical in both price and quality.

You need to desigin and implement the site(by front page )then you need to to host the site by host company
