if u build a site out of Macromedia Flash, that would be awsome but the program cost $700

u could learn html by buying books on it or searching scripts, all you would need is notepad or any html editor

If money is no object, you'll need Dreamweaver, Flash, and Photoshop.

Dreamweaver allows you to create the web programming / content; Flash allows you to add rich media (audio, video, animations, dynamic interfaces) and photoshop allows you to create the graphics.
