Ok, so I want to make my own website. But I'm only 13, and don't want to pay for it. In this website I want to make it so others can come and write books. Then people read the books, and rate/comment on them. So please, if you know some place I could do that share!

Very nice Question you have here. I would say Ripway.com this is a site that i use to make my own sites. This site does not carry as much adds as other sites would. Also a great site to learn all html language and more is http://www.w3schools.com/ Hope i was good help.
